Reserve Responsibly

(Cancellation, Late, Reservations)

We aim to provide a smooth and seamless experience for all clients at 100 House Wellness & Movement. To ensure that everyone can enjoy their sessions, please review our terms and conditions:

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy

Appointments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cannot make a scheduled session, kindly notify us more than 24 hours in advance. Classes canceled within 24 hours will be charged in full.

Dress Code & Personal Belongings

  • Please wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing suitable for movement.

  • For men, cycling shorts underneath loose-fitting shorts are recommended for comfort and modesty during sessions.

  • Grip socks are required (PILATES)  for select classes to ensure safety and hygiene; these can be purchased at the studio if needed.

  • Avoid clothing with zippers (on leggings, jackets, or other garments), as they can damage studio equipment and pose safety risks.

  • Avoid attire with long drawstrings or loose-hanging fabric that could get caught in the equipment.

  • We recommend bringing a water bottle and a small towel for your convenience.
Lockers are available for storing personal belongings and footwear during your session.

  • We would appreciate the “NO GUM” policy while you are working out to get the most out of your breathing during your sessions.

Studio Etiquette

We follow the WIPE AS YOU GO mantra in our Pilates Studio. As courtesy to the next user, we appreciate cleaning your own equipment after each use, cleaning aids will be provided. Kindly silence gadgets such as cell phones/ipads and refrain from phone use in the studio to maintain a peaceful environment.
Respect the space and energy of others. Disruptive behavior or failure to follow studio guidelines may result in dismissal from the session or suspension from future bookings.

Medical Emergencies

In cases of medical emergencies, a full refund or credit may be granted upon providing a valid medical certificate.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class to settle in.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted, as warm-ups are essential for safety and the overall class experience. Late arrivals may forfeit the session fee or be considered a "late cancellation."

Class Reservations

All classes require prior reservations to ensure space availability.
If you're on a waitlist, you’ll be notified of openings on a first-come, first-served basis. Be mindful of managing your schedule if you join the waitlist.

Please register for classes appropriate to your fitness level and experience.
If you're unsure which class to take, don’t hesitate to ask our staff. We are here to guide you toward the most suitable options.
